If you consider the international success of young Hungarian artists a worthy cause, please donate 1% of your income tax to “A JÖVŐ ZENÉJE Közhasznú Alapítvány” (THE MUSIC OF THE FUTURE Charitable Public Interest Foundation).
A new initiative has raised its head on the Hungarian classical music scene; one that we hope will grow into an annual tradition. The picturesque milieu of the Tihany Art Colony will be the venue of the first Tihany Music Fair (Tihany Zenei Napok) between July 11 and 17. The week-long string master course will see Kristóf Baráti, István Várdai and Péter Bársony give professional advice and pointers to up-and-coming young violinists, cellists and violists.
